We keep you informed Shortly after you place your order, you will
receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including
shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for
shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier
and tracking information. Shipping and delivery estimates
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the
item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your
order will ship as they become available. The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when
the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The
estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during
checkout. All estimates are based on business days. Shipping methods The BTI Factory Store offers a variety of
shipping methods to meet your needs. U.S.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are
calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the BTI Factory Store. You
can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email . If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the
carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the
entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has
shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so
our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. However, orders
delivered by United States Postal Service do not require a signature. Please note that the carrier makes three
delivery attempts before they return your package to the BTI Factory Store. The BTI Factory Store U.S. does not support
shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items
to an additional address, please place a new order at the BTI Factory Store. Shipping refunds If you paid for expedited shipping and did not
receive your package on time, please contact BTI Factory Store at sales@bti-store.com
Incorrect or damaged
items If you received the wrong product or it was
damaged during shipping, please contact BTI Factory Store at sales@bti-store.com
